About Sue Morris

I started working with Jan Kloss and Sonshine Ministries after Linda Halterman introduced us in 2006.  As a group we met at Cornerstone Baptist Church until purchasing a trailer at Mount Joy.  It was very rewarding to mentor all the young ones after school and Summer programs.    

Born in Louisville, Kentucky, My Dad printed newpapers, book and comics and we moved around; from Sparta Illinois to Charleston, West Virginia and then. settled in Bettendorf Iowa. I was a Chef's Kitchen manager for 32 years.  Married to Jim Morris in 1959 for 57 years, til he passed in 2015. I have 2 children Kerri (62) and Gary (60) with three  grandchildren.  I still live in the same home for 55 years.  

Currently  belong to Berean Baptist Church. I was raised in church and was saved when I was 9. Church activities were the biggest part of my life.  Still love working with the little ones!
