About Jan Kloss

Jan Kloss is the Founder and Director of Sonshine Community Ministries, established in 2007. Our mission is to reach out to people of all ages and stages of life with the Gospel of Christ. Also, to provide tangible items to those who are in need. This is done through a faith based after school club at Ed White Elementary School in Eldridge, ministering to the poor and homeless at King's Harvest and Sisters of Humility Shelter in downtown Davenport and a ministry to the residents of Ivy Nursing Home in Davenport. Jan also provides transportation to church and church activities plus occasional field trips to a variety of kids. Her life Bible Verse is Matt. 5:16  "Let your light shine before others so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in Heaven."

Sonshine is a 501C3 ministry.
